The ultimate pizza party! Our hyper custom catering satisfies the pickiest of friends (or foes). With 4 crusts, 6 sauces and 22 toppings the “pie”ssibilities are infinite! We make pizza, anywhere anytime for any occasion. We cater from 20 to 500. The most amazing aspect is choice. Everyone gets exactly what they want. The iPIE food truck is the alpha in more ways than one. Pizza Pete built our original trailer in 1995. He bought a trailer used to move mobile homes, had his friend weld a frame to it, Paul’s Custom Canvas made a red and white cover and it was off to the portable pizza races. Our first really big hit was the now defunct Kinetics race at Boulder Reservoir sponsored by KBCO. In the beginning we sold slices of cheese and pepperoni pizza.

One day Pizza Pete was getting ready to go to the Rocky Grass Festival in Lyons Colorado when he was overcome by the inspiration to add toppings to the trailer, making the switch from slices to individual custom pizza and without knowing, laid the groundwork for Infinitus. It was a hit. Now little Katherine Anne (Katie Pie her later adopted name) started working that trailer every summer and the groundwork for the Infinitus founder was laid. 23 years later we still run that fantastic trailer. And have added a  food truck and a pop up store that is great for intimate gatherings.
