Origin: This delightful creation was born in Boulder while Pizza Pete owned Blackjack Pizza, Laura and her sister owned Captain Rubber Stamp. Laura’s husband is our accountant but not worthy of being on the Honor Roll. Both O’Kelly’s and their daughters have done time on the food truck. It’s always a family affair around here if you need a Rubber Stamp let us know as sister Brenda still cranks em out.

Origin: This fine gentleman was iPIE’s first sign printer. In 2008 with excitement, Katie PIE and Pizza Pete rolled into Ricks office to create the first rendition of the Honor Roll. Katie having been through a recent breakup made a snap decision to remove the ex-boyfriend from the Honor Roll, and put Rick on it! Off the top of his head, Rick named this tasty creation, it remains one of the most popular iPIE’s that we sell.

Origin: Allow us to shine light on the festival food vending life. You meet fantastic people, you trade amazing food and you work very hard! Jonny was one of the people who we met in this friendly scene. Years ago, during “Nedfest” Jonny was manning the Oscar Blue booth. Origin: As Pizza Pete walked through the halls of the NCMC(Northern Colorado Medical Center) in Greeley Colorado with his first bundle of joy, little did he know the amazing person she would become. This fabulous woman is the eldest daughter of Pizza Pete. You might run into her shuffling her 3 boys around or volunteering for charity. She is so strong and amazing, she could become the President of the United States! Aye, yai yai amigos- viva la Pizza Queen!

Origin: Mom is extra saucy, Pizza Pete wouldn’t have it any other way. This woman has spirit and spunk! Where would be without the mom? She is the glue that holds this crazy family together. She raised 3 young ladies while her husband built his stores. Today, she helps in our stores when needed, has a successful piano studio and supports her young ladies in any way possible!
